Alchemize Your Greatest Potential (Bone Marrow) - January 21 - 27th

In this week's video (January 21 - 27th, 2024), I pulled the Bone Marrow card (Magician), which is a call to alchemize your greatest potential. The Bone Marrow is an important substance in our bones that holds the body's greatest healing potential. Red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, stem cells, and many other compounds are made and stored in the bone marrow to help our bodies alchemize what we need for balance and optimal function. Bone marrow is magical and proves that we all can use what we have within and turn it into gold!

  • B-Vitamins & Iron - test your serum levels and take a supplement if needed.

  • Grass-fed Bone Marrow Broth

  • Leafy Greens (cooked) - kale, spinach, collards, brussels sprouts, etc.

  • High Protein Foods - 3 -4 oz high quality, certified humane, grass-fed liver, bison, beef, lamb, elk, etc. Organic heritage poultry or wild poultry.
